I am a PhD student in the Control and Systems Center at Mines ParisTech, in collaboration with the Intelligent Control Systems group and ANSYS France. My PhD advisors are Dr. Florent Di Meglio and Dr. Sebastian Trimpe.
I work on combining state estimation and dynamics learning, in particular with Gaussian processes. The aim of my PhD is to learn reduced-order models of physical systems from experimental data, for example for industrial applications on the topic of digital twins. In general, I am interested in investigating how statistical learning can be combined with more classical notions in control, and how theoretical guarantees can be given when learning dynamics and control.
